I'm digging this one a lot. I like how the sparkles in the right (their left) corner of the eye suggest starlight. I wish you could have brought that out a little bit more, but other than that and some strange discoloration (the red, green and blue pixel specks), this is well done!

I think I would've liked to se you do more to this, instead of changing the colours. Did you actually have permission to use the stock?

I added the noise, glitter and such designs in the eye. If you search Flickr, you can filter the search for results that only show creative commons photos that are permissible to adapt. You just have to give credit.

very pretty! I'm surprised this doesn't have more comments! I love the sparkles inside the eye

and the use of blacks and blues instead of just blues. Very bold, and very pretty!
